Top Ten Reasons You Need a Security Assessment

Protecting the CEO or Celebrity Client

The CEO or the Celebrity client has been invited to attend a charitable event or conference sponsored by the United Nations. The event is being held in South Africa, Mexico, Argentina, The Philippines or a similarly dangerous country in the less developed world. You’re concerned (for obvious reasons) for their protection and safety. Your next step is to call TDA for consultation and advice.

TDA does the following: Immediately assigns a Protective Coordinator to establish liaison with the concerned agencies and organizations. An overview of the event based upon local in country conditions is gathered. The amount of participation required of your client is deciphered and an assessment is made. TDA then assigns agents based on the assessed need. These agents maybe from the United States, the host country or a blend of both. Working closely with the protectee and his staff an itinerary and security plan are devised. Sites are surveyed and times and routes are prearranged with planned secondary and emergency evacuation routes. This plan is shared with all critical staff personnel. In country medical facilities and evacuations are planned along with communications and transportation issues.

The Result: The event goes as planned.
