	Partners Felix Paravicini Born in Argentina to Swiss parents and educated in England and France, Felix Paravicini's multi-cultural background was the foundation for his accomplished international career. Mr. Paravicini's vast corporate experience in both the U.S. and South American markets sets him above most in the international corporate arena. Mr. Paravicini served as a corporate executive for a major Venezuela chemical company and then moved stateside to Houston, Texas where he consulted for Kroll and Pinkerton. Envisioning a need in the late 80's for a business-oriented company with high integrity he founded an investigation and security firm in Mexico City. This firm evolved into his present company Glarus, S.A. whose client’s range from Compaq Computer, Ingram Micro, Cisco and several large financial institutions. Glarus, S.A. provides highly trained and skilled professionals for investigations and executive protection. Mr. Paravicini is fluent in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian and excels in understanding the intricacies of international business relations. Mr. Paravicini and his firm have been affiliated with TDA for over six years. Andrew Kain Mr. Kain was a former member of Great Britain’s 22nd Special Air Services Regiment, based in Hereford, England. In 1990, he formed his own security company, AKE, utilizing the same founding principles on which Great Britain’s SAS and later the United States Delta Force were founded. The partnership and teamwork of ex members of those organizations within AKE gives strength and commitment to the ethos of delivering quality, client focused services. Mr. Kain and his firm specialize in surviving in hostile regions/war zones or similar environments. Mr. Kain’s team will put the dangers into perspective and give you the knowledge, skill and confidence to reduce risk and increase your effectiveness. Most recently, he and several of his team, spent 3 months in Afghanistan and Somalia providing technical and tactical support and advice to a major network news team. Mr. Kain has been a featured speaker at Insurance Institute conventions where he speaks on corporate risk reduction in hostile environments. He maintains extensive contacts with Special Operations forces throughout the world. Mr. Kain and his firm AKE are TDA's Western Europe Representatives. Steven Pearce Steven Pearce is the son of John Pearce, the founder of Public Safety Consultants, an outstanding investigative and protection firm based in South Africa. John Pearce was the Chief of Police in Johannesburg, South Africa prior to his retirement in the early 1990's. After retiring he assisted major multinational corporations with security issues and investigations in South Africa and several adjoining countries. In this very challenging climate he was able to provide his clients with the highest quality of personnel and levels of service. His years of government experience and contacts served his clients needs. This experience also allowed him to recruit high caliber and well-trained personnel from South African Military Intelligence to assist his clients. Steven who is a retired airforce pilot has been with Public Safety Consultants for the past 5 years. The entire team of PSC security agents have the ability to blend with the situation and are knowledgeable of local customs and trends. PSC is the South Africa representative for TDA.
